This is a petty interesting building in Seoul that we came across the other day. I had seen it many times before but didn't know what it was. Apparently it's the central tax service of Korea or something like the IRS, if my Korean friends were right. Or maybe it was just a financial building. Who knows. You can go to the top of it and look around from the canopy like structure.

More of Seoul
This is a petty interesting building in Seoul that we came across the other day. I had seen it many times before but didn't know what it was.
