Found a place to live...
...lease should be taken care of by Monday. It's a pretty sweet place. Three bedrooms, brand new, hardwood and granite floors, walk-in closet, multiple elevators, quiet neighborhood... see pictures below of the bathrooms and kitchen.

It's near Yongsan, not the world towers... I don't know where those are.
I'll rent it to you for $3500 ... and a pool cue.
No perps... but if there are I'll be sure to meet them, punch them in the forehead, and yell "STAY DOWN"
I wouldn't know what to do with a pool cue, I'd probably try to clear out a pinjam with it.
